ECSQ 2025/26 Season is here!

We are absolutely thrilled to announce our fourth full season! All of us in the ECSQ have had a music-filled summer, and we’re super excited to dive back into it for 2025-26! We have 5 tours planned for this year, and we’re delighted to be adding some new-to-us communities to our season. Looking forward to playing concerts in Bertrand and Saint-Simon up in the Acadian Peninsula, plus a special holiday show in Sackville courtesy of the kind organizers over at Greenslades!

Season passes are available for our concerts in Fredericton, Saint John, Moncton and Florenceville-Bristol. Enjoy 10% off 5 concerts! Season passes are available at the button link below:

We’re really diving headfirst into our season this fall, with our first tour coming up in a few short weeks. Big thank you to the many folks who submitted repertoire suggestions this past spring — a few of you may be pleased to see some of your favourites included in this year’s repertoire! As always, we have some fun new quartet discoveries to share as well, and are very excited to be premiering a new quartet by New Brunswick composer Zachary Greer. Some other highlights include Shostakovich’s powerful String Quartet No. 8, Debussy’s famous impressionist masterpiece, and Beethoven’s String Quartet No. 16 in F major, Op. 135 — the very last major work he ever completed.
